Re-awaken, Re-imagine, Re-member, RELAX Yoga Immersion Dec. 1, 2, 3, Fri. – Sun. 2023
When: Friday through Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm
Daily Schedule:
- 10:00am-1:00pm invocation, āsana, and pranayama
- 1-1:30am time for renewal, integration, bio break and questions/answer with Shinay (please bring your own snacks, tea will be provided).
- 1:30-3:00pm learn to chant Patanjali’s Yoga Sūtra, and engage a group study of the Sūtra which are considered to be the map of the yogic experience and journey. These teachings help us proceed with confidence, clarity and efficacy.
- Nourish yourself with good company, pragmatic teachings and experiential education in and through your body.
- This immersion is not promising any transformation but it will impact your life.

Tuition: Three Tiers: $288, $240, $192 for full immersion or $79, $67, or $55 per day. Cash, check, or through Venmo.
What to bring:
- your own yoga mat
- two heavy yoga bricks (solid cork preferred)
- a cotton or wool blanket
- an 8-foot yoga strap or belt
- a sense of humor is always useful
